I’m Melinda Gimpel, the founder of Isaiah Coaching. With over 20 years in ministry, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals grow and nurture meaningful relationships. Growing up in a home where ministry was a cornerstone—my father being a pastor—I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of faith and leadership. This upbringing instilled in me a passion for guiding others both spiritually and professionally.
I hold a degree in Organizational Communication, which has equipped me to foster positive cultures in both ministry and corporate settings. Currently residing in Columbus, Ohio, I’m actively involved in my church—leading a life group for young adults, supporting the youth department, and serving on the worship team.
In addition to my ministry work, I have a professional background in marketing, where I’ve honed my skills in guiding individuals and teams to succeed. I believe in the importance of maintaining professionalism while nurturing growth and building strong relationships, whether in the church or the corporate world.
My journey has taught me the profound impact of integrating faith into every aspect of life. I’m here to help you do the same, whether you’re leading a ministry or a corporate team.
